Payment Policy:
LocalCompanySearch.com, a subsidiary of DNM Group, LLC (known as DNMG), prides itself on its adherence to international consumer rights policies.  The following policies have been put in place to enhance both our business and consumer customers experience.

Your use of localcompanysearch.com, websites owned and operated by DNMG, and any services or products offered throughout DNMG's network of sites, constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.

Paid Subscriptions, Featured Listings, and Paid Advertisements
Length of Agreement:
By purchasing a featured listing you are agreeing to either a 1 month or 12 month recurring listing period. This time period will start on the date your featured listing becomes active on the site. Custom advertising agreements can be made by the management of DNMG based on a per need basis.

Payments:
Payments for featured listings are completed via PayPal on their secure website or by using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card via our secure payment gateway located at https://www.localcompanysearch.com.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payment.

Payments will be charged either monthly or yearly on a recurring basis. You, the purchaser, are responsible for canceling recurring payments.  For more information on cancelling your payment please refer to our cancellation and termination section below.

Refunds:
By placing an order for a featured listing you are agreeing to the Terms of Service on this site. All payments are final. Refunds will not be given for those wishing to remove their featured listing prior to the listings expiration date. However, if you would like your listing removed please contact us and we will do so within 7 business days. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact us.

Upgrading Your Listing:
If you choose to upgrade your listing from a free listing to a featured listing, you may do so by agreeing to these terms and completing our business listing and payment forms.

Cancellation or Termination:
Cancellation of your recurring payments will depend on the original method used to pay for your advertisement.

For PayPal accounts you can simply log into your PayPal account, under the "My Account" tab, click on the "Profile" sub menu.  Once on the profile menu, under the header "Financial Information" click on "My preapproved payments."  From this screen select "DNM Group LLC" and click the "cancel" link.  Once you cancel your payment, your listing will be removed once your listing time period has expired.

For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover payments made via localcompanysearch.com you need to follow one of the following two steps:

Cancellation Method #1:  Login to your account.  Click the "Edit Businesses" link on the upper right hand corner of our homepage.  Click the "Cancel Featured Business Subscription" link.  On the next page click "Yes" to confirm cancelation.

Cancellation Method #2:  Via our contact us page provide us with ALL OF the following information:

• Business Name
• Business Address
• Name used on Credit Card for payment
• Contact Name
• Contact Phone Number
• Contact Email Address

Please allow up to 7 business days for your listing to be removed.

Your featured listing will remain in effect for the 1 month or 12 month listing period, on a recurring basis, so long as the website is still active and in use. If the website ceases to exist your listing will be removed and monies will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
